Zagorodnyaya A.Yu. SUITABILITY OF HONEYSUCKLE VARIETY SAMPLES FOR TECHNOLOGICAE PROCESSINGThe estimation of quality of some processed products out of honeysuckle fruit is given. The Goluboe vereteno, Berel, 19-98-94 are recommended for commercial production of stewed fruit. They were selected on the basis of biochemical composition and organoleptic indexes.
